A lovely, charming, quaint cottage ideally located.  Peace, quiet, relaxation is what you get if it's what you need.  It was great to come back to a place I haven't been since the 70's.
Loch Lomond is beautiful and you must go to the Birds of Prey centre (10 mins away) and if you walk up the lane from cottage you might catch a glimpse of a buzzard on his hunt.  We saw him 3-4 times, wonderful to see.
Another must is Glencoe and Fort William (or venture further on) the highlands are amazing.  Just a short drive to Luss and the Loch is just perfect - chill and peace.  You will get a lovely meal at the Loch Lomond Hotel and if you fancy 'take away' 'indian meal', then go to the 'Akash' in Helensburgh - on Sinclair street.  Lovely - we went twice!
It was great that we could bring our dog 'Jake' - he loved it also.  Would love to come back and encourage friends and family to do the same.
Thanks for a lovely time.
