Dear Craig & Alison,

Thank you for a very enjoyable stay – we have a great time at the Celtic Connections and also enjoyed walking part of the West Highland Way.  Visiting Dunoon and Rothesay as well of course the very special Birthday celebration on Burns night.

Cottage is brilliant – well placed, warm and efficient.

Thanks Again.

First New Year at Crosskeys, had a great wee break.

The Cottage is stunning and homely, great walks for my black Lab ‘pepsi’ and time to recharge the batteries after a hectic year.

Thank you so much Alison & Craig for the gifts under the tree they were lovely and much appreciated.

Would definitely come back for another stay.

Thank you so very much.

Our second Christmas here at Crosskeys.

Thanks Alison & Craig for the tasteful christmas decorations and the lovely gifts under the Christmas tree.  Delightful touches!

Have again enjoyed our stay despite the constant rain, although this morning dawned bright and sunny and we walked the dogs up through the Glen.  Pair of Golden Eagles spotted!

Looking for ways to visit in mid summer, will check our diary!

Thanks again, Jim, Frances and Kelly, Barney & Echo!

We have enjoyed our time in Crosskeys.  The Cottage is full of character and history and the poor weather has meant we have spent more time than we would have liked indoors.  Having said that we manage to visit Balloch Castle Country Park, take a walk around the village of Luss and visit Helensburgh for shopping.  It has been a pleasure to see a different part of Scotland and we are now off to Skye for a week hoping the weather is kinder.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here this week.  Your cottage is lovely and cosy – especially with the wood burner going in the evenings.

The area around here is stunningly beautiful with so many photo opportunities, and the autumn colours! – well why on earth would you need to travel abroad in search of such beauty!

Very nice cottage (Glenfruin Lodge).  Lots to do even if wet!

Worth putting seeds/nuts out in the garden – lots of birds visit.

Glenfruin Lodge is a wonderful, cosy, comfortable and luxurious cottage.  We have had a fantastic 4 days here.  Glorious weather, cycling along Loch Lomond, fantastic scenery with autumn colours reflected everywhere.

Took a boat trip on the loch which was very relaxing.  We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Hope to return in the future as so much more to see and do!
