Thank you Alison & Craig for another friendly welcome & a wonderful stay in cosy Crosskeys cottage.

We mostly dodged the rain to enjoy a few sections of the West Highland Way at a leisurely pace, making the most of the sunny spells we got!

There is nowhere better to retreat to than here, we enjoyed the spa bath, and a cosy place to read books and play board games.

Beautiful cottage, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Loved walking the dogin Duchess woods in Helensburgh and he enjoyed a swim in Loch Lomond on our visit to Luss.
Had a lovely peaceful few days away.

Glenfruin is a wonderful cottage to stay in and get a change of scenery!
We felt there was a lovely personal touch here from Craig & Alison.

Crosskeys is such a pretty little cottage in a lovely, rural location. Cosy, warm and beautifully decorated and modernised.
Easy to explore the Loch Lomond area from here.
Alison and Craig were very kind and communicated really clearly. Will definitely be back.

Lovely stay, Crosskeys cottage was lovely and warm.
Bit lost as first time this side of Scotland, but we will be back.
Bit unlucky on the second half of the week when the good weather arrived due to car trouble as we had plans for Skye & more..
We did however make Glencoe & were blown away!! stunning.

8 days in January – escape from the city. We enjoyed a ‘home from home’ at Glenfruin Lodge/Cottage with our baby. Fell in love with Luss and the magical fairy trail (don’t need to pay for it!) and visited the sea life centre in Loch Lomond.

Thank you for our chocies – we have definately got a soft spot for Scotland.

Quite simply superb! Like a second honeymoon!

We love Crosskeys cottage and so appreciated all the little touches – the well equipped kitchen (we only ate out twice), the amazing log fire, the gorgeous bathroom with its heated floor, the christmas decorations and the wee gifts made it all so magical and special. It really was a ‘home from home’ for us.

We stayed pretty local – walks, trips to Helensburgh – The Hill House (wow!). Thanks to Craig for giving us a lift to the Inn on Loch Lomond for our Hogmanay celebrations – it was truly memorable.

We went to Luss church for their 1st service of the year – lovely and welcoming.

We’d love to come back sometime.
